But with the industry evolving and the rise of low-carbon technologies, other players started to emerge. Baxi saw this as an opportunity to redefine their core proposition and transform their headquarters in Warwick into a state-of-the-art Centre of Excellence. Designed with the professional installer in mind, the new proposition and facility bring together technical precision, hands-on expertise and an immersive brand experience. Every element of our design has been crafted to reflect the depth of the specialist training on offer and reaffirm Baxi’s position at the forefront of the industry.

A strategic shift
This was about breathing life into a reimagined training proposition – one designed to sit at the heart of the Baxi brand for years to come.
We developed a refreshed training proposition to create greater clarity, consistency and brand differentiation across the offering.

A new proposition, brought to life
We developed the name, identity and messaging behind ‘Solutions Academy’, to give Baxi a clear platform to champion hands-on learning, technical skill and real-world expertise. Every element – from layout and material choice to tone of voice – was shaped by this renewed narrative.
Technical illustration overlays were introduced to highlight the specialist skills that were being imparted and words like ‘Masterclass’ helped to elevate their more indepth training courses. Featuring Baxi’s experts front and centre gives the proposition a confident, warm and approachable tone, which reinforces the value of learning directly from those who live and breathe the industry.

Beyond just training
Each Solutions Academy course is built around hands-on learning to deliver a richer, more practical experience. With this in mind, the training spaces are fully equipped to give installers all the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to work with the latest heating and hot water technology.

Working closely with the Baxi team, we reimagined the site from the first survey through to final sign-off. The result is a purpose-built space that reflects Baxi’s position as a leader in the industry. The space, once a dark neglected warehouse, is now a multi-functional space that balances technical precision with brand storytelling, bringing the Baxi brand and its values to life in every detail. From flexible training zones and digital displays to the welcoming reception and versatile breakout areas, every element contributes to a cohesive, professional experience. Baxi now have the perfect space to host high-spec training sessions, townhalls or social events. It’s practical, professional and unmistakably Baxi.

A critical success factor was ensuring that the design approach could be replicated across Baxi’s broader network of training facilities – whatever their size or layout. Every decision was made with scalability in mind, incorporating modular design elements and flexible brand storytelling assets.
The Warwick Centre of Excellence serves not only as a flagship but also as a blueprint – establishing a replicable standard for consistent delivery of the Solutions Academy proposition across the UK. This future-facing strategy ensures Baxi’s investment extends far beyond a single site, building long-term value into the training network.
